The impermeable membrane boasts excellent features such as resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, protection against microbial erosion, UV resistance, and superior seepage control—making it particularly well-suited for use in aquaculture pond lining projects. The membrane is laid across the entire bottom of the pond, effectively sealing off the substrate from the water. Thanks to its smooth surface, it not only simplifies disinfection and sediment removal but also helps prevent the spread of pathogens from the pond bottom.
The overlapping section should not contain debris such as mud or sand; if any杂物 are present, they must be thoroughly cleaned before welding. Featuring high tensile strength, impact resistance, tear resistance, and excellent hydrostatic pressure resistance, the impermeable membrane boasts exceptional properties such as acid- and alkali-resistant corrosion protection, resistance to microbial degradation, UV stability, and superior anti-seepage performance—making it particularly well-suited for waterproofing projects in aquaculture applications. The impermeable membrane is laid across the entire bottom of the aquaculture pond, effectively sealing the pond floor from the water above. Thanks to the membrane’s smooth surface, it not only simplifies disinfection and sediment removal but also helps prevent the spread of pathogens from the pond bottom.
In the past, aquaculture operations typically followed a fragmented, low-yield model. Transforming this approach into an intensive, high-productivity system through scientific planning and design aims to boost output. This includes establishing advanced water treatment systems and installing specialized HDPE-lined impermeable membranes for farming purposes.

1. The overlapping section should not contain debris such as mud or sand; if any杂物 are present, they must be thoroughly cleaned before welding. The laying method:
1. For the fish pond bottom, the first step is to compact, level, and remove debris from the ground—this prevents settlement of the foundation surface.
2, Bottom of the fish pond HDPE Geomembrane The installation should be carried out starting from one side, with careful welding to prevent any human-induced damage to the geomembrane.
3, HDPE Geomembrane Lay a 30-centimeter layer of soft soil as a base.
4. A 500g/m² short-fiber composite geomembrane is laid around the fish pond to protect it from UV exposure and prevent the membrane from aging.
5. Stone masonry with mortar is used for the fishpond embankment slopes.
2. The overlapping section should not contain debris such as mud or sand; if any杂物 are present, they must be thoroughly cleaned before welding. The welding process:
The hot wedge welding process consists of the following steps: adjusting pressure, setting temperature, configuring speed, inspecting weld overlap, loading the film into the machine, starting the motor, and applying pressure during welding.
1. There should be no oil stains or dust at the seams, HDPE Geomembrane The overlapping section should not contain debris such as mud or sand; if any杂物 are present, they must be thoroughly cleaned before welding.
2. Each day before welding begins, the operator must first perform a trial weld on-site using a 0.9 mm × 0.3 mm sample, ensuring an overlap width of at least 10 cm. The sample must then undergo peel and shear tests on-site using a tensile testing machine. Only after the sample passes these tests can the welding process proceed, using the speed, pressure, and temperature settings that were just adjusted.
3. The sample must be marked with the date, time, and ambient temperature. During the welding process with the hot wedge welder, continuously monitor the machine's operation and make fine adjustments to both speed and temperature based on the actual site conditions.
4. Weld seams must be neat and aesthetically pleasing, with no instances of slippage or erratic movement. When the geomembrane length is insufficient, longitudinal splicing is required—first weld the transverse seams completely, then proceed to join the longitudinal seams. Transverse welds located more than 50 cm apart should form a T-shape; crossing them in an X pattern is strictly prohibited.
5. Adjacent geomembrane welds should be staggered and overlapped as much as possible. The junctions formed between membrane sections should ideally be T-shaped, minimizing cross-shaped overlaps. At the intersection points of longitudinal and transverse welds, use an extrusion welder for reinforcement.
