Now is the time when Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board The peak production season is also the ideal time for reinforcing waterproof boards in the Anshun Tunnel in Guizhou. However, due to changing weather conditions, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board The construction has certain beneficial effects, and the emergence of this phenomenon has led to... Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board There has been some increase and upward pressure on prices, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board The price has certainly increased, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board Raw material HDPE pellets will also grow accordingly, but Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board The granules must also have pure quality and color to ensure the production of the finest Guizhou Anshun tunnel waterproofing boards. Therefore, a water-cutting trench must be excavated at the surrounding joints, and Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board Embedded within the groove, the quality inspection of the waterproof panels for the Anshun Tunnel in Guizhou is conducted according to the specific progress dictated by the construction environment—thus equally reducing the factory price of the waterproof panels for Guizhou's Anshun Tunnel. Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board The trend of realistically rising prices ensures users can confidently choose the most reliable and cost-effective Guizhou Anshun tunnel waterproofing boards.

Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board A review of engineering advantages:

1. Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board Excellent flexibility, impermeability, elongation, and abrasion resistance;

2, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board It features excellent isolation and puncture resistance;

3, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board No chemical pollution;

4. Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board Resistant to acids, alkalis, and a wide range of chemicals, with excellent dimensional stability, strong adhesion, and ease of construction.

So, Guizhou Anshun Tunnel Waterproof Board How should it be laid?

1. For protruding parts such as steel mesh, first cut them off, then smooth the surface with plain mortar plaster.

2. When there are protruding pipes, after cutting them off, smooth the area with mortar.

3. When the anchor bolts have protruding parts, trim the bolt heads flush by leaving a 5mm overhang, then cover them with plastic caps.

4. Apply additional shotcrete to achieve a smooth, rounded surface, ensuring that any unevenness does not exceed ±5 cm.

5. First, apply 350 g/m² of geotextile as a liner onto the concrete surface—do this simultaneously if drainage boards are present. Then, secure it firmly using a nail gun to drive cement nails into place, ensuring each nail is at least 50 mm long. Distribute the nails evenly across the arch crown at 3–4 points per square meter, and along the sidewalls at 2–3 points per square meter.

6. To prevent cement slurry from seeping into the geotextile, lay the geotextile first, followed by the waterproof membrane.

7. When laying EVA or ECB waterproof membranes, use a manual, specialized welding device to hot-melt the membrane onto the backing material. The bond's peel strength must not be less than the tensile strength of the waterproof membrane itself.

8. EVA and ECB waterproof sheets are thermally bonded using a dedicated welding machine, with the overlap area no less than 10 cm. Additionally, the bond's peel strength must exceed 80% of the base material's tensile strength.

9. The circumferential bonding area of the EVA ECB waterproof membrane must be at least 1.0 meter away from the lining joint seams. Before laying the waterproof layer, the membrane should not be stretched tight; instead, it must ensure close contact between the membrane surface and the sprayed concrete, preventing any tearing or cracking.
