Jiangxi Yintan HDPE Geomembrane The laying

1. Laying out Jiangxi Yintan HDPE Geomembrane Previously, the corresponding qualified acceptance documents for civil engineering works should be provided.

2. Before cutting the HDPE film, accurately measure its relevant dimensions and then proceed with cutting according to the actual measurements. It’s generally not advisable to cut based on the dimensions shown in the diagram; instead, each piece should be numbered individually and recorded in detail on a dedicated form.

3. Laying out Jiangxi Yintan HDPE Geomembrane Efforts should be made to minimize welds, and while ensuring quality, prioritize the efficient use of raw materials. This approach also makes it easier to maintain high-quality standards.

4. The overlap width between membrane joints should generally be no less than 10 cm, and typically, the weld seams are arranged parallel to the steepest slope—meaning they run along the direction of the incline.

5. Typically, at corners and irregular sections, seam lengths should be minimized as much as possible. Unless otherwise specified, weld seams should be avoided within 1.5 meters of the top slope or areas of stress concentration on slopes steeper than 1:6.

6. Jiangxi Yintan HDPE Geomembrane During installation, avoid creating artificial wrinkles; when temperatures are low, make sure to stretch and smooth the material as tightly as possible.

7. Jiangxi Yintan HDPE Geomembrane After installation is complete, minimize walking on the membrane surface or moving tools across it. Any objects that could potentially damage the HDPE membrane should never be placed directly on the membrane or carried while walking on it, to avoid accidental harm to the material.
