An Interpretation of Product Knowledge on Guangxi's Bidirectional Plastic Geogrids
Release date:
2020-10-02
Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid It is produced by extruding a polymer material, forming it into sheets, and then perforating before undergoing both longitudinal and transverse stretching. This material exhibits exceptional tensile strength in both directions, creating a robust, interlocking structure that effectively distributes and transfers loads—making it an ideal solution for reinforcing large-scale, long-term foundations in soil applications.
Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Suitable for reinforcing various types of embankments and roadbeds, protecting slopes, strengthening tunnel linings, and providing durable foundation reinforcement for large airports, parking lots, port cargo areas, and other heavy-load-bearing applications.

1. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Used to increase the load-bearing capacity of road (or ground) foundations and extend their service life.
2. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Used to prevent road (or ground) surface collapse or cracking, ensuring a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Designed for convenient construction, saving time and effort, shortening project timelines, and reducing maintenance costs.
4. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Used to prevent cracks from forming in culverts.
5. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Used to reinforce soil slopes and prevent water and soil erosion.
6. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Used to reduce the thickness of the cushion layer, thereby saving costs.
7. Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Greening environment for stabilizing slope vegetation mats.
Guangxi Nanning Bidirectional Plastic Geogrid Construction method:
Excavate the base bed, install a sand cushion layer (with a height difference no greater than 10 cm), compact it into a stable platform, and then lay the geogrids. Ensure the longitudinal axis aligns with the primary direction of stress. Overlap the geogrids longitudinally by 15–20 cm and transversely by 10 cm. Secure overlapping areas with plastic straps. Additionally, every 1.5–2 meters along the laid geogrids, use U-shaped nails to anchor them firmly into the ground. Finally, promptly backfill the area with soil material after geogrid installation, and adjust the number of geogrid layers according to specific technical requirements.
