The Xuzhou–Mingguang Expressway, commonly known as the "Xu-Ming Expressway," is a Chinese highway connecting Jiangsu Province with Anhui Province, and it also serves as a key expressway project for both Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.


Detailed description

The Xuzhou–Mingguang Expressway begins at the Suining West Interchange in the north and ends at the Mingguang Interchange in the south; it spans a total length of 144.45 kilometers, featuring a four-lane双向 highway with a design speed of 120 km/h.

The Xuzhou–Mingguang Expressway broke ground on its Anhui section on January 18, 2010, with an official groundbreaking ceremony [3]; construction of the Jiangsu section began on November 20, 2014; and the entire route officially opened to traffic on August 5, 2017.
